The Chief Executive, Adonna Bass Wickliffe has over 20 years of experience in health care strategic planning and business development. In addition, she has over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health and developmental disabilities fields through the fact that she is the mother of Myles, her son with special needs, and through ownership of her companies that include Milestones Services, LLC, Milestones Property Management, LLC, Milestones Provider Solutions, LLC and 3rd Curve Healthcare. Milestones Services, LLC provides direct services to individuals with behavioral health needs and developmental disabilities. In addition, Milestones Property Management, LLC, Milestones Provider Services, LLC provides operational, quality improvement and real estate solutions and support to other providers in the field. Finally, 3rd Curve Healthcare provides strategic planning and business development services to hospitals and health care systems across the country. Throughout her career she has led several outreach and growth initiatives including  new business development, developing virtual health networks and programs, physician recruitment, physician joint ventures, oncology program development, ambulatory network development, and led strategy related to mergers, acquisitions and joint venture dissolution.
